基于经筋理论应用毫针刺法治疗非特异性下腰痛的理论探讨

摘　　要：非特异性下腰痛是临床上常见的软组织疾病,属于中医学“筋痹”的范畴。经筋主束骨而利机关,人体下腰部与足六经皆相关,由于风寒湿等邪气滞留于经筋处或外力致伤、或劳损迁延,气血运行不畅而出现“筋急”,从而影响患者正常活动功能及生活质量。从经筋理论来看,“筋急”是本病发病的主要病机,因此,在经筋理论的指导下,通过触诊探寻经筋所过部位的结筋病灶点,并对其分布规律以及结构层次深度进行分析,进而准确辨证并施以恰当针刺方法,改善“筋急”状态,缓解疼痛,达到治疗效果,以期为临床治疗经筋病提供准确有效的治疗思路。Nonspecific low back pain is a common soft tissue disease in clinic,belonging to the category of"muscular rheus-cular"in traditional Chinese medicine.The main tendon bundle bone and organ,the lower waist of the human body and foot six channels are related,due to the wind,cold and dampness and other evil gas stuck in the tendon or external force injury,or strain delay,Qi and blood operation is not smooth and the"tendon rush",thus affecting the patient's normal function and quality of life.From the point of view of the meridian tendon theory,"tendon urgency"is the main pathogenesis of this disease.Therefore,under the guidance of the meridian tendon theory,through palpation to explore the focal points of the tendon in the site of the me-ridian tendon,and analyze its distribution law and location,and then accurate syndrome differentiation and appropriate acupunc-ture method to improve the state of"tendon urgency",relieve pain and achieve therapeutic effect.In order to provide accurate and effective treatment ideas for clinical treatment of meridian tendon disease.
