中医药治疗腰椎间盘突出症术后腰腿痛研究进展

摘　　要：近年来随着生活方式的发展变化,腰椎间盘突出症患者数量逐年增加,并呈现出年轻化的趋势,对于腰椎间盘突出的治疗目前主要以椎间孔镜、开放手术为主,其能够减轻椎间盘压迫状况,但术后腰部或下肢会残余疼痛症状,严重影响患者正常生理活动。随着网络药理学以及分子生物学的发展,大量研究证实中医药治疗椎间盘术后腰部或下肢残余疼痛具有明显优势,以价廉、不良反应小等优势占据重要治疗地位,通过恢复腰椎功能、抑制炎症反应等途径,从而减轻甚至消除腰椎间盘突出症术后残余症状。因此,作者将近年来发表的相关文献进行整理,就中医药治疗腰椎间盘突出症术后残余疼痛症状的研究进展做一综述,以期为中医药应用治疗腰椎间盘突出症术后残余疼痛症状提供参考和依据。In recent years,with the development and change of lifestyle,the number of patients with intervertebral disc is increasing year by year,and the trend is getting younger.For the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,foraminoscopy and open surgery are mainly used,which can reduce the symptoms of disc compression.However,postoperative symptoms such as waist movement disorder,waist swelling and pain,abdominal distention,constipation,lower limb strength reduction,lower limb nerve root innervation area and other residual symptoms are often associated.With the development of network pharmacology and molecular biology,a large number of researchers have confirmed that traditional Chinese medicine has obvious advantages in the treatment of postoperative residual symptoms of lumbar disc herniation,namely,restoring lumbar function and inhibiting inflammation,so as to reduce postoperative residual symptoms of lumbar disc herniation.This paper reviews the research progress of treating residual symptoms of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with traditional Chinese medicine in order to provide reference and basis for treating residual symptoms of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with traditional Chinese medicine.
