基于中药炮制理论辨析不同黄芩炮制品临证应用

摘　　要：黄芩的炮制方法对其功效及应用有着重要影响,该文通过挖掘整理黄芩炮制品的经典方剂和相关文献,结合中药炮制理论,从生熟异用、辅料作用、炭药止血3个方面,深入辨析目前临床常用的不同黄芩炮制品之功效和主治病证特点。总结出生黄芩清热燥湿、泻火解毒之力最强,适用于火热实证而体质较盛者;炒黄芩苦寒之性得到缓和,兼具良好的清热之功,适用于妊娠妇女、小儿、老年人以及其他体虚不耐攻伐而内酝湿热者;酒黄芩升腾通达之力增强,适用于上焦颈部头目病证,以及湿热脚气、经络痹阻等证;黄芩炭则止血、收涩效显,苦寒性缓,入血分清泻肝胆郁热之力强,适用于多种出血、泻痢、肝胆郁热之证。明晰生黄芩、炒黄芩、酒黄芩及黄芩炭的功用侧重,以为临床更有针对性地选用黄芩炮制品,提高临床疗效提供参考。The processing method of Huangqin(Scutellariae Radix)has an important influence on its efficacy and application.In this paper,by digging and sorting out the classic prescriptions and related literature of Huangqin(Scutellariae Radix)products and combining with the processing theory of traditional Chinese medicine,from three aspects of raw and ripe different use,the role of excipients,and the characteristics of the main treatment syndromes of different Huangqin(Scutellariae Radix)products commonly used in clinic,in-depth analysis was made of the efficacy and main treatment syndromes of different kinds of Huangqin(Scutellariae Radix)products.It is concluded that raw Huangqin(Scutellariae Radix)has the strongest ability to clear heat and dry dampness,purge fire and detoxify.It is suitable for those who are hot and not deficient in constitution.The bitter cold of stir-fried Huangqin(Scutellariae Radix)has been alleviated,and has a good function of clearing heat.It is suitable for pregnant women,children,the elderly and others who are intolerant of attack and internal brew heat;The liquor Huangqin(Scutellariae Radix)has enhanced its ability to ascend and reach.It is suitable for the syndrome of head of upper jiao neck,as well as the syndrome of damp heat beriberi and meridians obstruction.Huangqin(Scutellariae Radix)carbon is hemostatic,astringent effect is obvious,bitter cold is slow,into the blood to distinguish the liver and heat,suitable for a variety of bleeding,diarrhea,liver and bile heat stagnation.To clarify the emphasis on the functions of raw Huangqin(Scutellariae Radix),stir-fried Huangqin(Scutellariae Radix),liquor Huangqin(Scutellariae Radix)and Huangqin(Scutellariae Radix)carbon,in order to provide reference for more targeted selection of scutellaria scutellaria products and improve clinical efficacy.
