补肾阳中药有效成分治疗骨质疏松症作用机制研究进展

摘　　要：骨质疏松症是一种全身代谢性骨病,尤对老年人和绝经后妇女产生巨大影响。现如今西药治疗骨质疏松症价格较高,不良反应较大。近些年来,中药治疗骨质疏松症疗效较好,安全性较高,引起了学者的广泛关注,故将中药有效成分作用机制进行归纳总结对治疗骨质疏松症有着重要意义。该文通过查阅近几年文献,对淫羊藿、巴戟天、肉苁蓉、杜仲、续断、补骨脂、骨碎补、蛇床子等常用经典补肾阳中药有效成分在治疗骨质疏松症过程中的作用机制进行综述,以此来阐述单味中药有效成分防治骨质疏松症现状并为开发新药与临床试验等研究提供新思路。Osteoporosis is a systemic metabolic bone disease that disproportionately affects the elderly and postmenopausal women.Nowadays,the price of western medicine to treat osteoporosis is higher and the side effects are larger.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine has good efficacy and high safety in the treatment of osteoporosis,which has attracted extensive attention from scholars.Therefore,it is of great significance to summarize the mechanism of action of effective components of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of osteoporosis.In this paper,through reviewing the literature in recent years,the mechanism of action of the effective ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine for toning kidney Yang,such as Yinyanghuo(Epimedii Wushanensis Folium),Bajitian(Morindae Officinalis Radix),Roucongrong(Cistanches Herba),Duzhong(Eucommiae Cortex),Xuduan(Dipsaci Radix),Buguzhi(Psoraleae Fructus),Gusuibu(Drynariae Rhizoma),Shechuangzi(Cnidii Fructus)in the treatment of osteoporosis was reviewed,so as to elaborate the current status of the effective ingredients of single traditional Chinese medicine for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis and provide new ideas for the development of new drugs and clinical trials.
