基于卫气营血理论体系辨证论治病毒性肺炎

摘　　要：该文从病毒性肺炎的“源”“属”“因”“机”“证治”“预后调摄”出发。“源”为戾气;“属”乃时疫;“因”以病原、正气、触因分,以吴又可所创“戾气说”析病邪;“机”有潜伏、传变之机,以“膜原学说”释潜伏期之病机,叶桂之“卫气营血辨证”理论体系述传变之机;“证治”以“卫气营血理论”为纲,舌象辨体质分证型选方为目,为各期治疗提供思路;“预后调摄”欲顾其神,达形神皆愈之目的。又详述之,该病以“戾气”侵袭机体,伏于膜原,“因”诱之或陷于里,或透于表而发病,以卫气营血统之其传变,病微在卫表;顺传入气分,逆传入营血;继而至后期伤及阴液。治之兼顾其本之不足,预他病生,为今后防治时疫之病提供简单的思路。This article Starts from“source”“genus”“cause”“mechanism”“syndrome and treatment”and“prognosis adjustment”of viral pneumonia.The“source”is the surly Qi;The“genus”is the epidemic;The“cause”is divided into pathogenic agents,healthy Qi and touching causes,and the“theory of evil Qi”created by WU Youke is used to analyze pathogenic agents;The“machine”has the mechanism of latent and transmutation,and the“membrane theory”explains the pathogenesis of the latent period.YE Gui's“defence-Qi-nutrition-blood phase syndrome differentiation”theory system describes the mechanism of transmutation;“Syndrome and treatment”takes“defence-Qi-nutrition-blood phase theory”as the main line,and tongue image differentiation of constitution and syndrome type selection as the purpose,providing ideas for each stage of treatment;“Prognostic adjustment”wants to take care of its god and achieve the purpose of healing both form and spirit.Also detailed,the disease to“Qi”invasion of the body,lying in the membrane,“reasons”induced or trapped in,or through the surface of the disease,to the health of the blood of the Qi camp,the disease is micro in the health of the surface;Afferent Qi points along,inversely afferent nutrition-blood phase;And then to the late injury of Yin fluid.During the treatment,we should take into account the shortcomings.The purpose is to prevent the occurrence of other diseases.The other purpose is providing simple ideas for the future prevention and treatment of epidemic diseases.
