摘　　要：代谢综合征(metabolic syndrome,MetS)和其后续所引发的心脑血管疾病(cardio cerebrovascular disease,CVD)是我们这个时代紧迫的公共医疗问题。该文概述了MetS和CVD都应被视为炎症疾病,重点聚焦于代谢性炎症所引发的早期血管性损伤,阐述了MetS引发CVD过程中的血管损伤机制,指出MetS所诱发的全身慢性炎症介导免疫环境的改变贯穿于MetS血管损伤全过程,强调了慢性炎症标志物在代谢性炎症引发的血管损伤过程中的重要意义,旨在呼吁早期积极干预的重要性。中医药在整体观念、辨证论治、治未病等理论基础指导下,针对MetS早期血管损伤的防治极具特色,有着良好的应用前景。该文对中医药治疗MetS及其血管炎症损伤的相关研究进行归纳总结,得出MetS的本因在脾虚,核心在于肝郁气滞,而三焦气化功能失司则是其发生的重要基础,中医药重点聚焦于早期的防治工作,坚持关口前移,对于MetS及所引发血管损伤的防治工作有着极大的进展。Metabolic syndrome(MetS)and its subsequent cardio cerebrovascular disease(CVD)are urgent public medical problems in our era.In this review,we outline that both MetS and CVD should be regarded as inflammatory diseases,focusing on the early vascular injury triggered by metabolic inflammation,elaborate on the mechanisms of vascular injury during the process of MetS triggered CVD,indicate that systemic chronic inflammation induced by Mets mediates alterations in the immune environment throughout the process of vascular injury in MetS,and emphasize the importance of chronic inflammatory markers in the process of vascular injury triggered by metabolic inflammation,aiming to call for the importance of early aggressive intervention.Under the guidance of the theoretical basis of holistic concept,syndrome differentiation and treatment of no disease,TCM is highly specific for the prevention and treatment of early vascular injury in MetS and has a promising application prospect.In this paper,we give an inductive summary of relevant studies on the treatment of MetS and its vasculitic injury,concluding that the essence of MetS is deficiency of spleen and lies at the core of liver depression and Qi stagnation,while loss of function of triple Jiao pneumatization is an important basis for its occurrence.Chinese medicine,focusing on the early prevention and treatment work and adhering to the anterior resection,has greatly advanced for the prevention and treatment of MetS and the vascular injury induced.
