摘　　要：牛膝在骨关节炎(OA)的治疗方面有较好的疗效。牛膝活性成分主要为牛膝皂苷、牛膝多糖和植物甾酮类成分(蜕皮甾酮、β-蜕皮甾酮),这些活性成分主要通过核因子-κB、丝裂原活化蛋白激酶、磷脂酰肌醇-3-激酶/蛋白激酶B等信号通路,来抑制炎性因子产生、调节软骨细胞代谢、减少细胞外基质降解、抗氧化应激等,干预OA进展。本文对牛膝及其活性成分在OA治疗中的作用及可能的机制进行了综述,以期为相关的OA治疗新药研发提供方向和依据。Achyranthes bidentata has good therapeutic effects in the treatment of osteoarthritis(OA). The active ingredients of Achyranthes bidentata mainly include Achyranthes bidentata saponins, Achyranthes bidentata polysaccharides, and plant sterone compounds(ecdysterone, β-ecdysterone). These active ingredients can inhibit the production of inflammatory factors, regulate chondrocyte metabolism, reduce extracellular matrix degradation, antioxidant stress, etc. mainly through nuclear factors-κB, mitogen activated protein kinase, phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/protein kinase B and other signal pathways, and interfere with the progress of OA. This article reviewed the effects and possible mechanisms of Achyranthes bidentata and its active ingredients in the treatment of OA, in order to provide direction and basis for the development of new drugs related to OA treatment.
