摘　　要：目的 分析采收期及干燥温度对连翘质量的影响。方法 以河北涉县采集的青翘样品为试材,参照《中华人民共和国药典》(2020年版)检测方法,研究不同采收期和不同干燥温度下,连翘质量的差异。结果 随着采收期的推迟,连翘中连翘苷、连翘酯苷A含量呈下降趋势,但均符合标准;挥发油在8月10日含量达到最高。干燥温度对连翘中连翘苷、连翘酯苷A含量无显著影响;但随着干燥温度的升高,挥发油含量呈降低趋势,但干燥温度50~80℃处理与晒干处理含量无显著差异。结论 连翘适宜的采收期为8月10日左右,干燥温度不超过80℃。To analyze the impact of harvesting period and drying temperature on the quality of Forsythia suspens Method The samples of green fructus forsythia collected in Shexian County,Hebei Province were used as experimental materia The differences of harvesting period and drying temperature on quality of forsythia were studied according to the 2020 version of"China Pharmacopoeia".Results As the harvesting time delay,the content of forsythin and forsythiaside A in the forsythia is descended,but it meets the standard;the content of volatile oil is the highest on August 10.Different drying temperatures have no significant effect on the content of forsythin and forsythiaside A in the forsythia,with the improvement of drying temperature,the content of volatile oil in the forsythia is lowered,but there is no significant difference in drying temperature 50 to 80℃and drying treatment.Conclusion The suitable harvesting period of the forsythia is around August 10,and the drying temperature does not exceed 80℃.
