向晦静忘术联合生物反馈治疗出口梗阻型便秘的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨向晦静忘术联合生物反馈治疗对出口梗阻型便秘的疗效。方法将90位患者分为功法组、生物反馈组及联合组,功法组患者予以功法锻炼治疗,生物反馈组患者予生物反馈治疗,联合组患者同时予功法锻炼及生物反馈治疗。记录三组患者便秘临床主症评分、肛门直肠测压指标、PAC-QOL量表评分。结果对比功法组、生物反馈组及联合组患者治疗前的便秘临床主症评分、肛门直肠测压指标、PAC-QOL量表评分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,三组的便秘临床主症评分、肛管静息压、肛门括约肌最大收缩力、PAC-QOL量表评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05),各组最大耐受觉治疗前后无明显变化(P>0.05),生物反馈对比功法锻炼没有明显差异(P>0.05),联合组患者低于功法组和生物反馈组(P<0.05);功法组与生物反馈组总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),联合组治疗总有效率显著高于其他两组(P<0.05)。结论向晦静忘术对出口梗阻型便秘有一定治疗效果,向晦静忘术联合生物反馈对出口梗阻型便秘的治疗效果更佳。Objective To study the effect of tradition practice in the treatment of outlet obstruction constipation.Methods Di-vided 90 patients into practice group,biofeedback group,and combined group.Patients in practice group were exercise.Patients in biofeedback group received biofeedback treatment.Combined group's patients have two treatments.Compare with each groups symptoms score,anorectal manometry and PAC-QOL.Results There was no significant diference in the scores of clinical symp-toms,anorectal manometry and PAC-QOL before treatment among the tradition practice group,the biofeedback group and the combined group.After treatment,the scores of clinical symptoms of constipation,anal resting pressure,maximum contractile force of anal sphincter and PAC-QOL scale in all groups were lower than those before treatment.Compared before and after the treatment,There was no significant difference in maximal tolerance.There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the tradition practice group and the biofeedback group(P>O.05),but the total effective rate in the combined group was significantly higher than that in the other two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Tradition ractice has certain therapeutic effect on outlet obstructive constipation,and tradition practice combined with biofeedback has better therapeutic effect on outlet obstruc-tiveconstipation.
