摘　　要：“肾主纳气”是中医藏象学说的经典和特色理论之一,“肾不纳气”则是“肾主纳气”的病理状态。中医学认为,肺为气之主,主出气;肾为气之根,主纳气,金水相生,呼吸乃和。若肾虚失于固摄,呼吸之气未受肾气之翕纳,欲脱而上,则见喘逆之状。“肾不纳气”在临床肺肾疾病治疗应用上具有重要意义,针对“肾不纳气”理论,从中西医两方面探讨肺肾的内在联系,为“肾不纳气”理论内涵的深入阐释及临床相关疾病治疗提供一定参考。The theory of"kidney controlling Qi"is one of the classic and characteristic theories of TCM theory and"kidney failing to accept Qi"is the pathological state of"kidney controlling Qi".According to traditional Chinese Medicine,lung is the master of Qi and is responsible for the outflow of Qi.Kidney is the root of Qi and controls the intake of Qi.If the kidney is defi-cient and loses its fixation,the breathed Qi is not absorbed by the kidney Qi,and if it wants to get rid of it and go up,it will ap-pear as a panting reversal."Kidney failing to accept Qi"is of great significance in the clinical treatment of lung and kidney disea-ses.Based on the theory of"kidney failing to accept Qi",this paper explored the internal relationship between lung and kidney from two aspects of traditional Chinese and western medicine.It can provide some reference ideas for the in-depth interpretation of the theoretical connotation of"kidney failing to accept Qi"and the treatment of clinical related diseases.
