摘　　要：目的通过荟萃分析(Meta)的方法评价中医药联合负压封闭引流术(VSD)治疗糖尿病足溃疡的效果,为临床实践提供可靠证据。方法计算机检索出检索时间为建库至2021年10月1日的国内外数据库(中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、CBM、PubMed等),按照纳入标准和排除标准独立完成文献的检索、查阅、筛选、数据提取,并对文献质量进行评价,对纳入研究的文献采用Cochrane系统评价方法进行评价,采用Review manager 5.1软件及Stata 14.0进行Meta分析。结果研究共纳入7篇文献,共499例病例,分析结果表明:实验组(基础治疗+中医药联合VSD组)治疗有效率明显高于对照组(基础治疗联合VSD组),疗效分析:OR=3.05,95%CI(1.76,5.31),显著性差异Z=3.96(P<0.0001),Egger's回归分析得出Z=2.66,Pr<|z|=0.045,研究结果可能存在发表偏倚。结论在有效率方面,中医药联合VSD治疗糖尿病足溃疡的效果明显优于VSD治疗,但由于纳入文献质量等级偏低,期待未来有更大的样本、设计更严谨的临床研究来提供更高质量的证据支持。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with negative pressure closed drainage(VSD)in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer by meta-analysis(Meta),so as to provide reliable evidence for clinical practice.Methods The computer retrieves the domestic and foreign databases(CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,CBM,PubMed,etc.)from the es-tablishment of the database to October 1,2021,independently retrieves,reviews,screens and extracts the literature according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,and evaluates the literature quality.The included literatures were evaluated by Co-chrane systematic review method,and meta-analysis was performed by Reviewmanager5.1 software and statal4.0.Results A to-tal of 7 literatures were included in this study,with a total of 499 cases.The analysis results showed that the treatment effective rate of the experimental group(basic treatment+traditional Chinese medicine combined with VSD group)was significantly higher than that of the control group(basic treatment combined with VSD group).OR=3.05,95%CI(1.76,5.31)and signif-icant difference Z=3.96(P<0.0001),Egger s regression analysis it is concluded that Z=2.66,Pr<|Z|=0.045,the study results may be publication bias.Conclusion In terms of effective rate,the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with VSD is significantly better than that of VSD in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers.However,due to the low quali-ty grade of the included literature,it is expected that future clinical studies with larger samples and more rigorous design will pro-vide higher quality evidence support.
