毫火针浅刺法治疗急性期面瘫(风寒型)

摘　　要：面瘫是临床上常见的疾病,多表现为患侧眼睑不能闭合,眼裂变大,口眼歪斜,可有眼泪溢出,不能做蹙额、皱眉、噤鼻、龇牙、鼓腮等动作,患侧额纹消失,口角下垂歪向健侧,说话漏风,漱口漏水,口角流涎等症状。针灸治疗面瘫是一种常见的、有效的治疗手段,但在治疗时,针灸的具体操作方法及介入治疗的时机,众医家的观点各不相同。对于该病导师将急性期(发病后1~7 d)主要分为风寒、风热证型,在临床上最为常见的急性期的证型为风寒证型。导师根据临床经验,运用“毫火针”浅刺治疗急性期面瘫(风寒型)效果较好,值得推广。Facial paralysis is a common disease in clinical practice,characterized by the inability of the affected sides eye-lids to close,large eye fission,deviated mouth and eyes,and the possibility of tears overflowing.It is not possible to perform movements such as frowning,nasal silencing,teeth showing and puffing cheeks.The affected sides forehead lines disappear,the corners of the mouth droop and tilt towards the healthy side,and symptoms such as air leakage,water leakage during mouthwash,and salivation at the corners of the mouth.Acupuncture and moxibustion is a common and effective treatment for facial paralysis,but in the treatment,the specific operation method of acupuncture and moxibustion and the timing of interventional treatment are different from each other.For this condition,the supervisor mainly divides the acute phase(1~7 days after onset)into wind cold and wind heat syndrome types,and the most common acute phase syndrome type in clinical practice is wind cold type.The men-tor,based on clinical experience,has shown that the use of milli-fire needle shallow needling in the treatment of acute facial paralysis(wind cold type)has a good effect and is worthy of promoting.
