摘  要:随着我国老龄化程度不断加深,骨质疏松症已成为一个重大的公共卫生问题。骨折为骨质疏松症最常见并发症,严重影响患者的生存质量。因此,建立一个更加贴近临床的骨质疏松动物模型,对以上问题的解决具有重要意义。通过回顾、分析文献,对骨质疏松实验中动物的选择和建造骨质疏松动物模型的方法两方面进行综述,归纳总结各种骨质疏松建模方法,以便为临床用药提供新的思路和方法。通过手术建造骨质疏松动物模型,最常用方法为手术去势法;药物建造骨质疏松动物模型,最常用药物为糖皮质激素。当前所应用的实验动物均有其自身局限性,建模方法也与人类骨质疏松的发病机制存在差距。建造动物模型,往往只能侧重于模拟疾病的某一病因、某一阶段或某些症状及某些病理生理变化,尚且不能完全代表人类疾病。With increasing ageing,osteoporosis has become a major public health problem.Fractures are the most common complication of osteoporosis and seriously affect the quality of life of patients.Therefore,the establishment of a more clinically close animal model of osteoporosis is of great significance for solving the problem.Through reviewing and analyzing the literature,the selection of animals in osteoporosis experiments and the methods of constructing animal models of osteoporosis are reviewed,and various osteoporosis modeling methods are summarized in order to provide new ideas and methods for clinical medication.Animal models of osteoporosis are constructed by surgery,the most common method is surgical castration;Drugs build animal models of osteoporosis,and the most commonly used drug is glucocorticoids.The experimental animals currently used have their own limitations,and the modeling methods are also different from the pathogenesis of human osteoporosis.The construction of animal'models can often only focus on simulating a certain cause,stage or certain symptoms and certain pathophysiological changes of the disease,and cannot fully represent human diseases.
