清化肠炎颗粒治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效与机制探讨

摘　　要：腹泻型肠易激综合征是临床常见的胃肠道功能性疾病,缺乏形态学和生化异常的改变,病因及发病机制尚未完全明确,也无临床特效治疗方案。此病虽不威胁生命,但严重影响患者的生活和工作。南京市名中医杨勤教授独创清化肠炎颗粒,以健脾化湿、平调寒热为治法,在长期临床实践中获得喜人疗效,得到患者认可。diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome is a common clinical functional disease of gastrointestinal tract.It lacks the changes of morphological and biochemical abnormalities.The etiology and pathogenesis are not completely clear,and there is no clinical specific treatment.Although the disease is not life-threatening,it seriously affects the patients life and work.Professor Yang Qin,a famous traditional Chinese Medicine professor in Nanjing,created Qinghua enteritis granule,which takes strengthe-ning the spleen and removing dampness and regulating cold and heat as the treatment method.It has achieved gratifying curative effect in long-term clinical practice and has been recognized by patients.
