温肾补肺汤联合揿针治疗阳虚水泛型慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨温肾补肺汤联合揿针治疗阳虚水泛型慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的临床疗效。方法收集78例阳虚水泛型AECOPD患者随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组给予常规西医治疗(抗炎、解痉平喘、化痰、吸氧等),治疗组=对照组+温肾补肺汤+揿针。分别观察治疗前和治疗2周后患者有效率、PCT、CRP、血气分析、SGRQ评估、肺功能的变化以及患者住院时间。结果治疗组的各项指标与对照组有显著性差异;且其临床症状缓解更快、水肿消退明显、住院时间明显缩短,与对照组比较有显著性差异。结论温肾补肺汤联合揿针可明显缩短水肿消退时间,促使肺部炎症吸收,改善肺功能。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Wenshen Bufei Decoction(温肾补肺汤)combined with Press-nee-dle in the treatment of Yang deficiency and water flooding syndrome of AECOPD.Methods 48 patients with Yang deficiency and water flooding syndrome of AECOPD were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.Control group was given rou-tine western medicine treatment(anti-inflammatory,antispasmodic,antiasthmatic,Resolve phlegm,oxygen inhalation,etc.),treatment group=control group+Wenshen Bufei Decoction+Press-needle,the patients effective rate,PCT,CRP,blood gas analysis,SGRQ assessment,pulmonary function test and the patients final hospitalization time were observed before and 2 weeks after treatment,respectively.Results There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group.The clinical symptoms of the treatment group were relieved faster and the edema subsided obviously.The length of stay was shortened significantly compared with the control group Differences.Conclusion Wenshen Bufei Decoction combined with Press-needle can significantly shorten the time ofedema subsided and cough and asthma and other clinical symptoms.improve lung function and promote pulmonary inflammatory absorption.
