中药坐浴联合甲硝唑粉宫颈上药治疗滴虫性阴道炎的管理体会

摘　　要：目的 探讨中药坐浴联合甲硝唑粉宫颈上药治疗滴虫性阴道炎的管理体会。方法 将2019年2月—2021年1月安阳市第三人民医院收治的68例滴虫性阴道炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组各34例。对照组予以常规西药治疗,观察组采用中药坐浴联合甲硝唑粉宫颈上药。比较两组临床疗效、炎性因子、中医症状评分及满意度作比较。结果 治疗后,观察组总有效率97.06%高于对照组的76.47%(P<0.05),观察组经白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、白细胞介素-13(IL-13)均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组白带增加、外阴瘙痒、白带异味、性交痛经评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总满意度97.06%,高于对照组的73.53%(P<0.05)。结论 为滴虫性阴道炎病患选中药坐浴加甲硝唑粉宫颈上药疗法,并融入有效干预指导,可将疗效作显著优化,对改善炎性因子、症状评分具有重要帮助。Objective To explore the management experience of traditional Chinese medicine sitting bath combined with met-ronidazole powder in the treatment of trichomoniasis vaginitis.Methods A total of 68 patients with trichomoniasis vaginitis admitted to Anyang Third Peoples Hospital from February 2019 to January 2021 were randomly divided into observation group and con-trol group with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine siting bath combined with metronidazole powder.The clinical eficacy,inflammatory factors,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 97.06%higher than that of the control group 76.47%(P<0.05),and the IL-2,IL-8 and IL-13 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of leucorrhea,vulvar pruritus,leucorrhea odor and dysmenorrhea in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group was 97.06%,which was higher than that of the control group 73.53%(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with trichomoniasis vaginitis,traditional Chinese medicine sitbath plus met-ronidazole powder cervical medicine therapy,combined with effective intervention guidance,can significantly optimize the cura-tive effect,and has important help to improve inflammatory factors and symptom score.
