摘　　要：2023年7月5日,柬埔寨批准新原产地规则(R0O),该规则与世界贸易组织(以下简称世贸组织)制定的标准保持一致。这将为企业确定产品原产地提供明确统一的标准。更重要的是,进出口商可享受该规则下所提供的优惠待遇。此外,新规则也为柬方实施必要贸易限制、打击假冒伪劣产品提供了法律依据。新原产地规则是在世贸组织和联合国贸发会的支持下制定的,从而确保该规则与现有自贸协定及其他世贸组织成员国签订的协议保持一致。On July 5,2023,the Cambodian government approved a new ROO law,tobe in linewith the standards of the WTO.This will provide businesses with clear and uniform criteria for identifying the source of a product.More importantly,it will enable importers and exporters to access preferential trade treatment-where ROO provisions are met.Finally,the new law gives the government a legal basis to impose trade restrictions where necessary and crack down on counterfeit goods.
