含异步电动机负荷的MMC-HVDC供电系统小干扰电压稳定性分析

摘　　要：研究模块化多电平换流器型柔性直流输电(MMC-HVDC)向异步电动机负荷供电系统小干扰电压稳定机理。建立系统的线性状态空间模型,并对影响系统小干扰电压稳定性的关键参数进行研究。根据特征值及参与因子分析,减小MMC的内外环控制器比例增益系数或电气距离均可危害系统的小干扰电压稳定性,而MMC与异步电动机负荷之间的电气距离增大会导致系统失去稳定平衡点。基于PSCAD/EMTDC搭建的电磁暂态仿真模型验证了所建模型的准确性以及所得结论的有效性。The modular multilevel converter-based high voltage direct current(MMC-HVDC)systems for large-scale renewable energy integration can change the small-signal voltage stability mechanism of the system.Therefore,this paper studies the small-signal voltage stability mechanism of MMC-HVDC systems with induction motor loads.The linearized state-space model of the system is developed,and key factors that affect the small-signal voltage stability are studied.According to the eigenvalue and participation factor analysis,reducing the proportional gains of the MMC controller and the electrical distance between MMC and induction motors can both threaten the small-signal voltage stability.However,increasing the electrical distance between MMC and induction motors can lead to the missing of stable equilibrium points.The electromagnetic transient simulation model based on PSCAD/EMTDC verifies the accuracy of the small-signal model and the effectiveness of the conclusions.
