摘 要:该文以采用环向预应力连接方式的全预制装配式风力机基础为研究对象,通过理论推导和ABAQUS有限元模拟研究该类型基础的整体性。得出以下几点结论:(1)确定了预制件间最大相对滑移方向及位置;(2)推导出预制件间最大静摩擦力的计算方法,其中地基反力的分布形式直接影响最大静摩擦力的计算;(3)提出相对刚度比的概念,基础整体刚度随相对刚度比的增大而增大;(4)在正压力足够大时,预制件间的摩擦力与弯矩呈线性关系;(5)环向预应力能够有效地减小预制件间的相对滑移,提高基础的整体性。In this paper,the integrity of a kind of prefabricated foundation with circumferential prestressed connections is studied by theoretical derivation and ABAQUS finite element simulation.The main conclusions can be summarized as follows:(1)The maximum relative slip direction and position between adjacent prefabricated parts are determined.(2)The calculation method of the maximum static friction force between adjacent prefabricated parts is derived.(3)The concept of relative stiffness ratio is proposed,and the overall stiffness of the foundation increases with the increase of relative stiffness ratio.(4)When the normal pressure is large enough,the relationship between the friction force and the bending moment is linear.(5)The relative slip between adjacent parts can be effectively reduced by the increase of circumferential pre-stress.
