摘 要:本研究以夏热冬暖地区青年人群为研究对象,设置18℃(热中性)、23℃(稍暖)2个恒温工况和18℃→23℃(热中性→稍暖)变温工况,结合生理参数测量和主观问卷调查,于人工气候室对其睡眠舒适温度开展研究。结果表明:入睡前,18℃恒温工况和18℃→23℃变温工况的受试者热感觉微凉,但不影响入睡。23℃恒温工况被热醒的人次最多,受试者所受的热刺激较大。18℃恒温工况与18℃→23℃变温工况的N3(SWS)总时长存在显著性差异,18℃恒温工况的N3(SWS)总时长显著高于18℃→23℃变温工况。23℃恒温工况的初始温度降低远近端皮肤温差(DPG)的上升潜力,而18℃向23℃的升温影响了平均皮肤温度(MST)的波动下降,对睡眠造成干扰。冬季睡眠微环境更倾向于恒温而非温度变化环境,夏热冬暖地区青年人群冬季睡眠微环境的最佳温度是18℃(4.56 clo,50%RH)。This study selected youth populations in hot summer and warm winter area as test subjects.Three research conditions were set:first,a constant thermoneutral condition at 18℃;second,a constant,mildly warm condition at 23℃;and a variable temperature condition that shifts from 18℃→23℃.Using the combination of physiological parameter measurements and subjective questionnaire surveys,temperatures that warrant sleeping comfort were investigated in an artificial climate chamber.The findings show that,while the subjects felt slightly cold when placed in constant 18℃and shifting 18℃→23℃ environments before falling asleep,they still ended up falling asleep.On the contrary,the constant 23℃ environment saw the biggest number of subjects awakened by the heat,which gave them relatively intense thermal stimulation.Significant difference in the total duration of N3(SWS)state between the constant 18℃and shifting 18℃→23℃ environments was also present,with that for the former being considerably higher than the latter.The onset temperature under the 23℃ working condition was found to have reduced the potential of distal-proximal skin temperature gradient(DPG)to rise,while the temperature increase from 18℃ to 23℃ affected the ability of the initially-turbulent mean skin temperature(MST)to converge towards stability,thereby interfering with sleep.Moreover,wintertime sleep microenvironment was also found to favor constant temperature conditions rather than a variable temperature environment.To conclude,the optimal temperature for wintertime sleep microenvironment,particularly for young people living in regions with hot summers and warm winters,was determined to be 18℃(4.56 clo,50%RH).
