摘 要:蓄热水箱是蓄热中最常见和普遍使用的装置,本文提出了1种改善蓄热水箱热分层的1种结构—弯管型进口,并对其在储热水箱中应用的放热性能开展实验研究,得到了水箱的热力学特性。基于CFD软件建立水箱的数学模型,对比实验与模拟结果基本吻合。通过对比弯管型进水结构与布水器型进水结构理查森数、热水输出率、混合数探究进水结构热分层效果。结果表明:2种进水结构混合数与理查森数相差不大,在相同工况下,弯管型进水结构的热水输出率为84.9%,布水器型进水结构的热水输出率为76.39%,在制作工艺上弯管型进水结构比布水器型进水结构简单,更易于安装。Thermal storage tanks are the most prevalent and commonly-used device category for thermal storage.This paper introduces a structure touted capable of improving the thermal stratification of thermal storage tanks—a elbow-duct inlet,and presents an experimental report of its exothermic performance in a thermal storage tank,as well as the concluded thermodynamic characteristics of the tank.The mathematical model of the tank was built using a CFD software application for the simulation,at the end of which a generally matching set of results were obtained relative to the corresponding experimental measurements.Afterwards,the thermal stratification effect of the inlet structure was further explored by comparing the Richardson number,hot water yield rate and mixing index of the elbow-duct inlet structure and a water-distributor-type inlet structure.The results show that while the difference between the mixing index and Richardson number is not significant,under the same working conditions,the hotwater yield rate of the elbow-duct inlet structure is 84.9% and the hot-water yield rate of the water-distributor-type inlet structure is 76.39%.In the production process of elbow-type water intake structure is simpler than the water distributor-type water intake structure,easier to install.
