摘 要:悬索桥主缆防腐效果对悬索桥使用寿命起着关键性作用。本文针对悬索桥主缆传统转轮除湿系统高温高湿工况下除湿能效差和再生能耗高的缺点,结合悬索桥主缆除湿需求和工程实际,提出了将冷凝除湿与转轮除湿结合的联合除湿系统,同时引入分离式热管充分利用冷凝热。本文通过实验对两种除湿系统的除湿能效和节能水平进行对比分析,研究表明:在进风温度26~34℃、相对湿度60%~80%工况下联合除湿系统的出风相对湿度均低于25%。相同工况下联合除湿系统除湿量、除湿率和单位功率除湿量均高于转轮除湿系统。在温度34℃、相对湿度80%工况下,联合除湿系统除湿量最高为10.12 g/kg,单位功率最大为0.89 kg/kW·h。在温度26℃、相对湿度60%工况下,联合除湿系统除湿率最高为64%。相较于传统转轮除湿系统,采用分离式热管的联合除湿系统节能率随着温度和含湿量的增加,呈现上升趋势,在温度30℃、相对湿度80%工况下,系统节能率最大为8.32%。The anti-corrosion of the main cable plays a decisive role in the service life of the suspension bridge.Targeting at the disadvantages of poor dehumidification efficiency and high regeneration energy consumption of the traditional dehumidification system of the main cable of the suspension bridge under high temperature and high humidity conditions,and based on the dehumidification requirements of the main cable of the suspension bridge and engineering practice,a composite dehumidification system combining condensation dehumidification and desiccant wheel dehumidification was proposed.And a separated heat pipe was also introduced to make full use of condensation heat.In this paper,the dehumidification energy efficiency and energy saving level of the two dehumidification systems were compared and analyzed through experiments.The results show that the relative humidity of the outlet air of the composite dehumidification system is lower than 25% under the working conditions of the inlet air temperature and relative humidity of 26~34℃ and 60%~80%,respectively.Additionally,the dehumidification capacity,dehumidification rate,and unit power dehumidification capacity of the composite dehumidification system are higher than those of the desiccant wheel dehumidification system.Under the conditions of temperature 34℃ and relative humidity 80%,the maximum dehumidification capacity of the composite dehumidification system is 10.12 g/kg,and the maximum unit power is 0.89 kg/kW·h.Under the inlet air condition of temperature 26℃ and relative humidity 60%,the dehumidification rate of the composite dehumidification system reaches 64%.Compared with the traditional desiccant wheel dehumidification system,the energy-saving rate of the composite dehumidification system using separated heat pipes shows an upward trend with the rise of temperature and moisture content.Under the inlet air condition of temperature 30℃ and relative humidity 80%,the energy-saving rate of the dehumidification system reaches its peak of 8.32%.
