摘  要:迎风面积比是早期设计阶段评价建筑室外风环境的重要指标,该指标只与建筑的形体、迎风角度有关。本文总结广州地区居住区案例确定典型模型,分析不同楼型单体建筑迎风面积比特征,通过数值模拟方法研究居住区室外风环境,确定平均迎风面积比对建筑自然通风与室外场地通风效果的影响。板式建筑的迎风面积比因建筑朝向不同而改变,可在0.4~1范围内变化,迎风面积比增加有利于场地平均风速比增大,同时会减少场地准静风区面积比。塔式建筑迎风面积比一般均大于0.76,不同迎风面积比时,室内外风压差没有显著差异,场地平均风速比、场地准静风区面积比与迎风面积比之间不存在明显关系。塔式建筑的外轮廓更趋近于圆形,此时改变建筑朝向背风面面积基本不变,对建筑周围风环境有一定影响,体现在场地静风面积的差异上;对整体风环境影响则较小,体现在场地平均风速比基本不变上。The windward area ratio is an important index to evaluate the outdoor wind environment of buildings in the early design stage,which is only related to the shape and windward angle of buildings.In this paper,the typical models of residential area cases in Guangzhou were summarized,and the characteristics of the windward area ratio of a single building of different building types were analyzed.Through numerical simulation methods,the outdoor wind environment of residential areas with different windward area ratios was studied to determine the influence of the average windward area ratio on the effect of natural ventilation and outdoor site ventilation of buildings.The windward area ratio of slab-type buildings varies according to the orientation of the buildings,and varies within the range of 0.4~1.An increase in the windward area ratio is beneficial to the increase of the average wind speed ratio of the site,while it will reduce the area ratio of the quasi-static wind zone of the site.The windward area of tower buildings is generally greater than 0.76,and there is no significant difference between indoor and outdoor wind pressure when the windward area ratio is different,and there is no significant relationship between the average wind speed ratio,the quasi-static wind area ratio and the windward area ratio.The outlet of tower buildings is closer to circular,when the orientation of the buildings is changed with the windward area remains unchanged,it will have certain impacts on the wind environment around the building,which is reflected in the differences of static wind area.However,this will have limited impacts on the overall wind environment,which is reflected in a stable average wind speed ratio.
