摘　　要：本文从我国目前社区现状问题出发,对比和分析美国WELL Community标准和中国T/CECS 650-2020《健康社区评价标准》的关联和差异,并结合8个健康社区案例,研究在2个健康社区评价标准下的得分和技术措施应用情况,开展健康社区技术适用性及经济效益分析,总结适用于我国不同气候区和不同经济发展水平城市的健康社区技术措施,研究结论对房地产企业开发具有一定的指导意义。This paper,based on the current situation of Chinese communities,compared and analyzed the association and differences between the WELL Community Standard of U.S.and China's Assessment Standard for Healthy Community T/CECS 650-2020.Through the study of the scores and application of technical measures under the two healthy community evaluation standards in eight health community cases,the technical applicability and economic benefits of healthy communities were analyzed.The technical measures suitable for different climatic regions and different economic development levels in China were further proposed.The research conclusions have certain guiding significance for the development of real estate enterprises.
