摘  要:超高层建筑围护结构形式以玻璃幕墙为主,存在供能负荷高和室内不舒适眩光等问题,应用遮阳系统可以有效降低空调能耗并改善室内光环境。目前超高层建筑多采用结构自遮阳方式,遮阳形式单一且缺乏合理的运行控制策略。本文以某超高层酒店为研究对象,选取3种遮阳形式并针对活动遮阳制定四种基于室内外环境参数调控的遮阳运行策略,利用Grasshopper和Ladybug tools计算能耗和光环境指标。应用熵权法对多种遮阳优化方案的能耗和光环境指标进行综合评价,提出3类气候区的最佳遮阳形式和控制策略。结果表明,能耗与光环境指标权重在厦门、上海、北京分别为0.43∶0.57;0.37∶0.63;0.68∶0.32,3个城市对应的最佳遮阳方案为活动竖向遮阳板(策略S3),固定竖向外遮阳、活动竖向遮阳板(策略S1)。超高层建筑遮阳设计应综合考虑技术经济性,夏热冬暖地区的投资回收期合理,其它气候区经济效益不明显。The building envelope of super high-rise buildings is dominated by curtain walls,which may cause high energy consumption and indoor glare issues.The application of solar shading systems can effectively reduce energy consumption and improve the indoor light environment.At present,self-shading structures are widely adopted in high-rise buildings,which lack diversity and proper control strategy.This paper took a super high-rise hotel building as the research object and utilized Grasshopper and Ladybug tools to analyze the energy consumption and useful daylight illuminance for shading schemes based on three shading forms and four control strategies.The entropy weight method was used to comprehensively evaluate the energy consumption and light environment indicators of various shading schemes.The best shading form and control strategy for three climate cities were proposed.The results indicated that the weight of energy consumption and light environment indicator of different shading forms in Xiamen,Shanghai,and Beijing are 0.43:0.57,0.37:0.63,and 0.68:0.32,respectively.The best shading schemes corresponding to the three cities are movable vertical shading(strategy S3),fixed vertical external shading,and movable vertical shading(strategy S1).The shading design of super high-rise buildings should consider both technical and economic aspects.The investment payback period in hot summer and warm winter regions is reasonable,while the economic benefits in other climate areas are not significant.
