摘 要:文中研制了一种X波段改进型分支线式宽带带线和差器,该分支线式的和差器是由多段四分之一波长线组成的多环魔T,且各四分之一波长段的长度、线宽可调节。通过理论分析和三维电磁仿真优化四分之一波长参数及环路级数,得到了X波段40%频带内幅度一致性优于±0.15 dB,相位一致性优于±1.5°,和差隔离度优于33 dB的和差器。并通过实物验证得到和差器在同频带内幅度一致性优于±0.2 dB,相位一致性优于±2°,和差隔离度优于27.5 dB。最后结合工程应用,通过理论分析、三维电磁仿真构建了平面式宽带和差波束形成网络,得到X波段40%频带内和、方位差、俯仰差波束幅度一致性优于±0.3 dB,相位一致性优于±2.5°,和、方位差、俯仰差之间隔离度优于34 dB。A wideband sum-and-difference network based on improved hybrid-ring stripline is proposed in this paper.This sum-and-difference network is a kind of multi-loop magic T and is composed of several quarter-wavelength striplines which length width can be changed.The proposed sum-and-difference network′s bandwidth and uniformity of amplitude and phase can be optimized by adjusting the quarter-wavelength′s characteristic and number of loops.A prototype of sum-and-difference network with 40% bandwidth is designed by theoretical analysis and 3D EM simulation.A good result is get that uniformity of amplitude is better than 0.3 dB and the uniformity of phase is better than 3° and the isolation is better than 33 dB.Meanwhile a test physical is made to get a good result that uniformity of amplitude is better than 0.4 dB and the uniformity of phase is better than 4° and the isolation is better than 27.5 dB which verified the proposed sum-and-difference network.At last,theoretical analysis and 3D EM simulation are done to get a wideband sum-and-difference beamforming network with 40% bandwidth is designed,and the uniformity of amplitude is better than 0.6 dB,the uniformity of phase is better than 5°,the isolation is better than 34 dB.
