住区宜居是否会提高居民社会公平感?

摘　　要：本文基于2010年和2021年中国综合社会调查组成的混合截面数据,运用有序概率模型,系统研究住区宜居对居民社会公平感的影响。研究表明,住区宜居能够显著提高居民社会公平感,在进行纠正选择性偏误、内生性讨论以及稳健性检验后,该研究结论依旧成立。异质性分析发现,住区宜居对居民社会公平感的正向影响会随着个体年龄的增长表现出“上升—下降—上升”趋势;住区宜居对流动人口、拥有住房产权以及农村居民的社会公平感促进作用更明显。机制检验发现,住区宜居会通过政治参与影响居民社会公平感。基于此,通过提升住区宜居水平、打造全龄宜居住区、因人因地施策、激励居民参与宜居住区管理等途径切实提高居民社会公平感。Based on the mixed cross-sectional data collected from China General Social Survey in 2010 and 2021,this paper uses Oprobit model to systematically studies the impact of livable residential areas on residents’sense of social justice.The results show that livable residential areas can significantly improve residents’sense of social justice,After correcting for selectivity bias,endogeneity discussion and robustness testing,the conclusion of this study remains valid.The heterogeneity analysis shows that the positive impact of livable residential areas on residents’sense of social justice shows a trend of“upward-downward-upward”with the increase of individual age;livable residential areas play a more significant role on residents’sense of social justice for the floating population,the ownership of housing property rights and the rural residents.The mechanism test shows that the livability of residential areas will influence residents’sense of social justice through their political participation.Based on the above,we will effectively improve the residents’sense of social justice by upgrading the livability of the residential area,creating all-age livable residential areas,using methods appropriate to the individual and the local sifuation,and motivating the residents to participate in the management of livable residential areas.
