摘　　要：为提振新疆煤层气产业发展信心,吸引煤层气领域专业技术力量的关注,该文以新疆煤层气工作的政策指导、阶段性成果、未来规划动向以及最新的行业动态为依据,梳理了新疆煤层气勘查开发30余年的探索历程,将其划分为3个历史阶段:“十二五”及其以前的探索期对新疆煤层气资源潜力有了量的认识;“十三五”的夯实期新疆发现一批高产井,证实了新疆煤层气资源潜力巨大;“十四五”之初,国家和自治区出台了动员企业自主参与煤层气勘探开发的政策激励措施,并出台了一系列举措以破解束缚新疆发展的问题。各阶段煤层气勘探开发工作呈继承式和循序渐进式稳步推进,为煤层气产业发展积累了丰硕成果和经验。在当前的环境条件下,新疆煤层气产业正快速迈向新发展阶段。In order to boost the confidence in the development of Xinjiang coalbed methane industry and attract the fo-cus of professional and technical forces in the field of coalbed methane,this paper reviews the exploration journey of Xinjiang coalbed methane developments for more than 30 years and categorizes it into three historical stages,based on the policy guidance,phased achievements,future planning trends and the latest industry developments of Xinjiang coalbed methane work:During the"12th Five-Year Plan"and its previous exploration period to obtain a quantitative understanding of Xinjiang coalbed methane resource potential;During the consolidation phase of the"13th Five-Year Plan",a number of high production wells were discovered,which confirmed the vast potential of Xinjiang coalbed methane resources;As the"14th Five-Year Plan"period begins,the national government and the autonomous region issued policy incentives to mobilize independent participation of enterprises in coalbed methane exploration and devel-opment,and a series of measures has been implemented to solve the problems that impeded the development of Xin-jiang.The coalbed methane exploration and development work at each stage has been steadily progressing in a sys-tematic and incremental manner,which has accumulated fruitful achievements and experience for the development of coalbed methane industry.With the current environmental conditions,Xinjiang coalbed methane industry is rapidly moving towards a new stage of development.
