摘 要:针对地聚合物固井水泥浆在温度、压力及注采等复杂条件影响下,易因增韧不足而产生裂缝,导致完整性被破坏,严重影响油气生产安全的问题,开展了不同掺量的玄武岩纤维、碳纤维、玻璃纤维和聚乙烯醇纤维对地聚合物固井水泥浆的增韧效果的实验研究。实验以抗折强度、抗压强度和压折比作为宏观评价指标,通过荷载-挠度曲线计算出不同纤维掺入后水泥石的等效弯曲强度与等效弯曲韧性,优选出适合地聚合物水泥浆的增韧纤维。实验结果表明:1)养护3天时,掺入纤维后水泥石的力学强度呈先增大后减小的趋势;2)玄武岩纤维的增韧效果最好,最优掺量为0.5%,抗折强度达到了5.95MPa,比未掺入纤维提高51%,起到了明显的增韧效果;3)对掺入玄武岩纤维的水泥石进行SEM观察,发现玄武岩纤维与地聚合物材料结合紧密。以上成果认识,对矿渣-粉煤灰地聚合物固井水泥浆的增韧研究具有一定的指导意义。In view of the problem that geopolymer cementing cement slurry is easy to produce cracks due to insuffi-cient toughening under the influence of complex conditions such as temperature,pressure,injection and production,which leads to integrity damage and seriously affects the safety of oil and gas production,an experimental research on the toughening effect of geopolymer cementing cement slurry with different amounts of basalt fiber,carbon fiber,glass fiber and polyvinyl alcohol fiber is carried out.In the experiment,the flexural strength,compressive strength and ratio of compressive strength to flexural strength are taken as macro evaluation indexes,the equivalent flexural strength and equivalent flexural toughness of cement paste after different fibers are added are calculated through the load-deflection curve,and the toughening fibers suitable for polymer cement slurry are selected.The experimental results show that:1)When curing for three days,the mechanical strength of cement after adding fiber shows a trend of initially increasing and then decreasing;2)The toughening effect of basalt fiber is the best,the optimal content is 0.5%,and the flexural strength reaches 5.95 MPa,which is 51%higher than that of the non doped fiber,playing an obvious toughening effect;3)SEM observation of cement stone mixed with basalt fiber shows that the fiber is closely combined with geopolymer material.The above achievements have certain guiding significance for the toughe-ning research of slag-fly ash geopolymer cementing cement slurry.
