旋冲钻井技术在渤中34-9油田火成岩地层的应用研究以BZ34-9-A井为例

摘  要:渤中34-9油田位于渤海渤中区块,区内沙河街组和东营组发育有火成岩地层。火成岩地层厚度大,可钻性差,严重影响了机械钻速,制约着钻井效率。针对渤中34-9区块东营组和沙河街组火成岩井段,研究了旋冲马达的应用优势及钻井参数优化设置。结果表明:1)PDC钻头适用于与密封冲击喷嘴匹配的4头旋冲马达,牙轮钻头适用于与沟槽式冲击喷嘴匹配的3头旋冲马达;可依据旋冲马达的冲击频率和冲击力参数对钻井参数进行优化。对研究区域所用的Φ244.475mm(95/8in)旋冲马达,推荐排量约为3000L/min,施加的最小钻压要高于3.5t。2)针对渤中34-9油田的多口井,旋冲马达钻进的全井段平均机械钻速(75.13m/h)远高于相似地层常规马达钻具的平均机械钻速(56.64m/h);旋冲马达在BZ34-9-A井二开作业,与邻井(BZ34-9-B、BZ34-9-C和BZ34-9-D)相比,整体机械钻速提高了105%;3)相较于常规马达钻具,旋冲马达钻具可以有效提高机械钻速并缓解钻头的黏滑振动,有利于保护钻头;但同时旋冲钻井需要钻井液具有良好的携岩能力,且不能使用较大粒径的堵漏材料。以上成果认识,对提高火成岩井段机械钻速,从而提高海洋钻井时效,降低钻井成本具有一定的指导意义。Bozhong 34-9 Oilfield is located in Bozhong Block of Bohai Sea,where the Shahejie Formation and Dongy-ing Formation contain igneous rock formation.The thickness of igneous rock formation is large and the drillability is poor,which seriously affects the drilling rate and restricts the drilling efficiency.For the igneous well sections of Dongying Formation and Shahejie Formation in BZ34-9 block,the application advantages of rotary-percussion motor and the optimization settings of drilling parameters are studied.The results show that:1)PDC bit is suitable for matching the 4-head rotary-percussion motor with sealed impact nozzle,and cone bit is suitable for matching the 3-head rotary-percussion motor with grooved impact nozzle;Drlling parameters can be optimized according to the im-pact frequency and impact force parameters of the rotary-percussion motor.For the Φ244.475mm(95/8in)rotary-58 percussion motor used in the study area,the recommended displacement is about 3 ooo L/min,and the minimum bit pressure applied should be higher than 3.5 t.2)For several wells in BZ34-9 Oilfield,the average rate of penetration(75.13 m/h)drilled by rotary-percussion motor was much higher than the average rate of penetration(56.64 m/h)drilled by conventional motors in similar formations.The rotary-percussion motor was used in the second operation of well BZ34-9-A,the overall rate of penetration increased by 105%compared with adjacent wells(BZ34-9-B,BZ34-9-C and BZ34-9-D).3)Compared with the conventional motor drilling tool,the rotary-percussion motor drilling tool can effectively improve the rate of penetration and alleviate the stick-slip vibration of the bit,which is conducive to the protection of the bit.However,at the same time,the rotary-percussion drilling fluid needs to have good rock carrying capacity,and cannot use large particle size plugging material.The understanding of the above re-sults has certain guiding significance for improving the drilling rate of igneous rock section,thus improving the aging of offshore drilling
