摘　　要：失志综合征是慢性病患者较常见的心理问题,严重影响患者预后和生活质量。本文从失志综合征的概念、评估工具、慢性疾病患者失志综合征现状、影响因素、干预措施等方面进行综述,以期为临床医护人员制定针对性的干预措施来降低慢性疾病患者失志综合征水平提供参考依据。Demoralization syndrome is a common psychological problem in patients with chronic diseases,which seriously affects their prognosis and quality of life.This article reviews the concept and assessment tools of demoralization syndrome,current status,influencing factors,and intervention measures of demoralization syndrome in chronic disease patients,so as to provide reference for clinical medical and nursing staff to develop targeted intervention measures to reduce the level of demoralization syndrome in chronic disease patients.
