摘 要:基于绿色低碳视角,借助DEA-Malmquist-Tobit模型,实证分析了2010-2020年西部陆海新通道省域物流效率的时空演变及影响因素。研究表明:2010-2020年西部陆海新通道省域物流综合效率总体处于中等水平并呈上升趋势,其主要增长动力源于规模效率的提高;空间上,物流效率高效区具有区域拓展性,低效区具有区域相对固定性,高效区动态变化,逐渐形成“东高西低”的空间格局;全要素生产率缓慢上升,技术效率是关键驱动因素,空间上,全要素生产率增长省份将非增长省份包围;经济发展水平、对外开放程度、物流业专业化程度、运输结构与综合效率、纯技术效率和规模效率均正相关,其中物流业专业化程度的影响作用最大,运输结构对规模效率的影响不显著。From the green and low-carbon perspective,this paper,using DEA-Malmquist model and Tobit regression model,empirically analyzes the spatio-temporal evolution and influencing factors of provincial logistics efficiency of the new western land-sea corridor from 2010 to 2020.The findings are as follows:(1)the overall provincial logistics efficiency of the new western land-sea corridor was at a medium level and on the rise from 2010 to 2020,with the improved scale efficiency as its main driving force;(2)regions with high logistics efficiency had regional expansion and changed dynamically,while those with low logistics efficiency stayed relatively fixed,gradually forming a spatial pattern of“high in eastern regions and low in western ones”;(3)with technical efficiency as the key driver,the total factor productivity increased slowly,and spatially,provinces with no growth in total factor productivity are surrounded by those with growth;(4)economic development,standards of opening up to the outside world,the specialization of the logistics industry,and the transport structure are positively correlated with comprehensive efficiency,pure technical efficiency,and scale efficiency,among which the specialization of the logistics industry plays a more active role,and the transport structure has no significant effect on scale efficiency.
