摘　　要：目的:探索共生理论在单体多院区医、教、研、产四位一体化协同发展研究中的适用性,揭示不同院区四位一体的共生模式,促进其向理想的一体化共生及对称性互惠共生模式进化,实现单体多院区医、教、研、产的高质量发展。方法:选取安徽省妇幼保健院为研究对象,运用共生理论四要素,对其多院区医、教、研、产四位一体化协同发展进行研究,明确医、教、研、产一体化协同发展面临的困境,并提出对策。结果:共生理论引入妇幼保健机构单体多院区医、教、研、产一体化协同研究,揭示了多院区医、教、研、产四位一体共生机制。结论:运用共生理论对多院区医、教、研、产四位一体化协同研究具有很强的适用性,能促进单体多院区医、教、研、产一体化协同发展。Objective To explore the applicability of symbiosis theory in the research of integrated synergistic development of medicine,teaching,research and production in a single multi-district hospital,reveal the symbiosis patterns,and promote their evolution towards the ideal integrated symbiosis and symmetrical reciprocal symbiosis patterns,so as to realize its high-quality development.Methods Anhui Maternal and Child Health Hospital was selected as the research object,and the integrated synergistic development of medicine,teaching,research and production in its multi-campus area was studied by using symbiosis theory.Results The introduction of symbiosis theory into the study of the integrated synergy of medicine,teaching,research and production in a single multi-hospital area of a maternal and child health care institution revealed a quaternity symbiosis mechanism of medicine,teaching,research and production in a multi-hospital area.Conclusion The use of symbiosis theory has strong applicability for the study of four integrated synergies of medicine,teaching,research and production in single multi-district hospital,and can promote the integrated synergistic development of medicine,teaching,research,and production in single multi-district hospital.
