摘　　要：目的探究腹针疗法联合艾灸神阙穴对慢性盆腔炎(chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,CPID)患者炎症因子以及临床症状的影响。方法选取2021年6月至2022年6月于滦南县妇幼保健院就诊的80例CPID患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各40例。对照组给予妇科千金片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用腹针疗法联合艾灸神阙穴治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效、血清炎症因子水平、中医证候积分以及生活质量评分。结果干预前两组各项临床指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后两组患者各项血清炎症因子水平、中医证候评分均降低,观察组低于对照组,且观察组干预后总有效率、生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹针疗法联合艾灸神阙穴可有效降低CPID患者炎症水平,改善临床症状,且安全性较高,可有效提升患者生活质量。Orthopedics,Xingtang County Hospital of Chinese Medicine;Objective To investigate the effect of abdominal acupuncture combined with moxibustion at Shenque on inflammatory factors and clinical symptoms in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods From June 2021 to June 2022,80 patients with CPID who visited the Luannan County Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group with 40 patients in each group by the random number table method.The control group was treated with FukeQianjin tablets,while the observation group was treated with abdominal acupuncture combined with moxibustion at Shenque on the basis of the control group.Observe the clinical efficacy,serum inflammatory factor levels,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,and quality of life scores of the two groups of patients.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,the levels of serum inflammatory factors and TCM syndrome scores in both groups of patients decreased,and the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the treatment efficiency and quality of life score were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Abdominal acupuncture combined with moxibustion at Shenque can effectively reduce the inflammatory level of patients with CPID,improve clinical symptoms,and has high safety,which can significantly improve the quality of life of patients.
