青岛胶东国际机场T1航站楼三星级绿色建筑实践案例

摘　　要：2023年5月,住房和城乡建设部公布了2023年度首批三星级绿色建筑标识项目,青岛胶东国际机场T1航站楼成为新国标下全国首个机场类三星级绿色建筑标识项目、山东省唯二的三星级绿色建筑标识项目。本文依据《绿色建筑评价标准》(GB 30378-2019),从安全耐久、健康舒适、生活便利、资源节约、环境宜居五大绿色建筑指标出发,详细介绍了青岛胶东国际机场T1航站楼在设计、施工和运维全过程贯彻绿色发展理念的探索和实践。通过采用一系列绿色建筑关键技术,打造了绿色低碳、健康舒适、运行高效的三星级绿色航站楼示范项目,为国内外航站楼项目的高质量建设和可持续发展提供参考。In May 2023,the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development announced the first batch of threestar Green Building certified projects in 2023.The T1 terminal of Qingdao Jiaodong International Airport became the first three-star Green Building certified airport in China under the new national standard,and the second three-star Green Building certified project in Shandong Province.Based on the"Green Building Evaluation Standard"GB 30378-2019,starting from the five Green Building indicators of safety and durability,health and comfort,living convenience,resource saving and livable environment,this paper introduced in detail the exploration and practice of implementing the concept of green development in the whole process of planning and design,construction,operation and maintenance of T1 terminal of Qingdao Jiaodong International Airport.A series of key Green Building technologies have been adopted to build a green,low-carbon,healthy,comfortable and efficient three-star green terminal demonstration project,which could provide reference for the high-quality construction and sustainable development of terminal projects at home and abroad.
