摘　　要：工程质量潜在缺陷保险(IDI)有利于提升建筑工程质量,维护消费者利益,补充政府监管力量,助力社会稳定发展。本文对我国IDI的发展推行情况进行了概述,对其特点进行概括,并以广州市为例介绍IDI及风险管理服务(TIS)发展实践。在此基础上,总结当前国内IDI推行遇到的问题,提出相应的发展建议。Inherent defects insurance(IDI)on project quality is beneficial for improving the quality of construction projects,safeguarding consumers interests,supplement government regulatory power,and assisting social stability and development.This article provides an overview of the development and implementation of IDI in China,summarizes the characteristics of IDI,in addition takes Guangzhou as an example to introduce the development practice of IDI and TIS in Guangzhou.Finally,it summarize the problems encountered in the implementation of IDI in China and point out corresponding development suggestions.
