摘 要:通过原位乳液聚合法,以苯胺(AN)和十二烷基苯磺酸(DBSA)为原料制得PANI-DBSA颗粒,进一步结合环氧树脂(E-44)与蓖麻油(CO)制备出聚苯胺混合物(PANI-DBSA/CO),将其作为纳米填料得到纳米聚苯胺/聚氨酯互穿网络聚合物(IPN)涂层。并利用SEM、XRD和FTIR对制备的PANI-DBSA与PANI-PU互穿网络复合涂层进行了表征。测试分析了涂层的物理力学性能,并利用电化学阻抗谱(EIS)和电动位极化分析该系统在3.5%NaCl溶液中的腐蚀行为。通过耐酸耐碱和盐水浸泡实验进一步测试评估涂层耐介质性能。结果表明PANI-DBSA添加量为1%时,接触角达到102.6°,浸泡720 h后附着力达到S1级,拉伸强度16.22 MPa,伸长率达到208%。添加聚苯胺后,复合涂层的阻抗值提高569倍,耐10%H2SO4、10%NaOH和3.5%NaCl时间均达到90 d以上。聚苯胺的加入,能进一步提高互穿网络涂层的防腐性能,扩大了其应用领域。PANI-DBSA particles were prepared by in-situ lotion polymerization with aniline(AN)and dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid(DBSA)as raw materials,and then combined with epoxy resin(E-44)and castor oil(CO)to prepare polyaniline mixture(PANI-DBSA/CO),which was used as nano filler to obtain nanopolyaniline/polyurethane interpenetrating network(IPN)polymer coating.The prepared PANI-DBSA and PANI-PU interpenetrating network composite coatings were characterized using SEM,XRD,and FTIR.The physical and mechanical properties of the coating were tested and analyzed and the corrosion behavior of the system in 3.5%NaCl solution was analyzed using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)and electrokinetic polarization.By means of further testing and evaluating the medium resistance of the coating through acid,alkali,and salt water immersion experiments,the results showed that when the amount of PANI-DBSA added was 1%,the contact angle reached 102.6°,and after soaking for 720 days,the adhesion reached S1 level,the tensile strength was 16.22 MPa,and the elongation reached 208%.After adding polyaniline,the impedance value of the composite coating increased by 569 times,and the resistance time of 10%H 2SO 4,10%NaOH and 3.5%NaCl reached more than 90 days.The addition of polyaniline can further improve the corrosion resistance of IPN coating and expand its application field.
