摘　　要：习近平总书记在第75届联合国大会上提出“双碳”发展目标,可持续发展成为人们在建设城市景观生态园时的重要指导理念之一。近几年,各地、市、城郊及乡镇结合自己的自然资源和地域文化相继建成了具有一定规模和一定面积的生态景观示范园区。本文以孝感市湖北工程学院“飞鸟与鱼”生态园为例,探讨其规划概念、功能分区、生物多样性设计及种植设计,指出景观生态园应“以生态景观促进低碳、以低碳促进绿色发展”,集生态性、观赏性、功能性、环保性等综合功能于一体,并具有先进管理技术等。In order to achieve the“double carbon”development goal,sustainable development has become one of the important guiding principles for people to build urban landscape ecology parks.Various regions,cities,suburbs and towns have successively built ecological landscape demonstration parks with a certain scale and area based on their own natural resources and regional culture.Taking the“Flying Birds and Fish”Ecological Park of Hubei Engineering University in Xiaogan City as an example,this paper discusses its planning concept,functional zoning,biodiversity design and planting design,and points out that the landscape ecology park should“promote low-carbon with ecological landscape,promote green development with low-carbon”,integrate ecological,ornamental,functional,environmental protection and other comprehensive functions,and have advanced management technology.
