摘 要:为进一步提高耐火材料工业隧道窑NO_(x)的减排效果,对NO_(x)减排现状进行了总结和分析。根据NO,的生成机理和其他类型工业窑炉NO_(x)的减排经验,结合隧道窑的工作原理和能源结构现状,提出以下发展建议:(1)高度重视燃烧前和燃烧中的NO.抑制生成技术,兼顾隧道窑节能和环保的双重效果,大力推广高温空气燃烧技术的使用;(2)在优化后期治理措施的同时,关注和引人新的烟气治理措施;(3)根据实际情况采取多种减排措施的联合使用。In order to further improve the emission reduction effect of NO_(x) in refractory industry tunnel kilns,the current status of NO_(x) emission reduction was summarized and analyzed.Based on the generation mechanism of NO_(x) and the experience of reducing NO_(x) emissions in other types of industrial kilns,combined with the working principle and energy structure of tunnel kilns,the following development suggestions are proposed:(1)Attach great importance to NO_(x) suppression generation technology before and during combustion,taking into account the dual effects of energy-saving and environmental protection in tunnel kilns,and vigorously promote the use of high-temperature air combustion technology;(2)While optimizing post treatment measures,pay attention to and introduce new flue gas treatment measures;(3)Adopt a combination of multiple emission reduction measures based on the actual situation.
