摘  要:对山钢日照两座5100m^(3)高炉主要工艺设计优化与创新点进行了总结,重点对采用的先进工艺装备、自主集成创新技术、绿色低碳技术进行了阐述,围绕高炉高效、低耗、长寿、绿色、智能方面进行了研究。通过改进工艺流程,创新关键技术,研发了多项专利技术,取得了国家优质工程创新和实践成果,赋能高炉实现了绿色低碳、高效智能等多重预期效果。高炉投产后,技术经济指标达到行业先进水平。The main process design optimization and innovation points of two 5100 m^(3)blast furnaces in Rizhao Iron and Steel Co.Ltd.are summarized,and the advanced process equipment,independent integrated innovation technology and green and low carbon technology adopted are expounded.The research is focused on the high efficiency,low consumption,long life,green and intelligent aspects of blast furnace.By improving the process flow,innovating key technologies,and developing multiple patented technologies,national high-quality engineering innovation and practical achievements have been achieved,enabling blast furnace to achieve green low-carbon,high-efficiency intelligence and other multiple expected results.After the blast furnace is put into production,the technical and economic indexes reach the advanced level of the industry.
