摘  要:为了提升甲基苯基硅涂层的防腐性能,通过引入其他有机树脂增大交联度和采用纳米粒子填补涂层内部缺陷的方法来提高耐蚀性。通过氨基硅烷APTES与环氧树脂E51或酚醛环氧树脂F51的预聚反应制备硅烷化环氧树脂,之后将其与甲基苯基硅树脂物理共聚以实现对有机硅树脂的改性,并在其中加入纳米镁铝水滑石或纳米TiO_(2)/SiO_(2)作为填料。结果表明:使用硅烷化环氧树脂、硅烷化酚醛环氧树脂对甲基苯基硅树脂进行改性使其耐热性分别下降11.4%,5.6%,附着力分别提升16.3%,25.3%,耐蚀性均提升40%以上。添加1.6%纳米TiO_(2)/SiO_(2)填料使有机硅树脂涂层耐热性提升2.8%,耐蚀性提升30%左右。15%纳米镁铝水滑石填料的加入使涂层耐热性下降16.6%,耐蚀性提升20%左右。For improving the anti-corrosion performance of methyl phenyl silicone resin coatings,the methods of introducing other organic resins to increase the degree of cross-linking and using nanoparticles to fill internal defects in the coating were employed to improve corrosion resistance.Specially,the silanized epoxy resin was prepared by pre-polymerization of APTES amino silane with epoxy resin E51 or phenolic epoxy resin F51,and then physically mixed with methyl phenyl silicone resin to realize the modification of the organic silicon resin,in which nanometer Mg-Al LDHs or nanometer TiO_(2)/SiO_(2)were added as fillers.Results showed that the use of silanized epoxy resin and silanized phe-nolic epoxy resin to modify methyl phenyl silicone resin reduced the heat resistance by 11.4%and 5.6%,respectively.The adhesion increased by 16.3%and 25.3%,respectively,and their corrosion resistance was improved by more than 40%.Besides,the addition of 1.6%nanometer TiO_(2)/SiO_(2)filler enhanced the heat resistance of the silicone resin coating by 2.8%and the corrosion resistance by about 30%.The addition of 15%Mg-Al LDHs filler reduced the heat resistance of the silicone coating by 16.6%and increased the corrosion resistance by about 20%.
