摘  要:为优化镀锌沉没辊表面涂层的抗熔锌腐蚀性能,采用超音速火焰喷涂技术在316L不锈钢基体上制备了低碳WC-12Co涂层,并设计了4因素3水平[L9(3^(4))]正交试验对喷涂工艺进行了优化,分别对低碳WC-12Co涂层的相结构、显微组织、孔隙率、结合强度和抗熔锌腐蚀性能进行了测试。结果表明:喷涂工艺参数的变化对涂层的相结构的影响很小,但对涂层的孔隙率影响显著,喷涂工艺参数中各因素对涂层孔隙率的影响按从大到小排列顺序为:煤油流量>喷涂距离>送粉率>氧气流量。获得最低孔隙率WC-12Co涂层喷涂工艺参数如下:煤油流量为26.5 L/h,氧气流量为55.2 m^(3)/h,送粉率为60 g/min,喷涂距离为326 mm,在这一参数下制备的高致密度的低碳WC-12Co涂层对熔融的锌液能起到很好的隔离作用,适合用于镀锌沉没辊的表面防护。To optimize the corrosion resistance in molten zinc of the surface coating of the galvanized sinking roll,the low carbon WC-12Co coatings were prepared on 316L stainless steel substratre using supersonic flame spraying technology,and a kind of four factors and three levels(L9(34))orthogonal experiment was designed to optimize the spraying process.Subsequently,the phase structure,microstructure,porosity,bonding strength and resistance to molten zinc corrosion of low carbon WC-12Co coatings were evaluated.Results showed that the change of spraying process parameters had little effect on the phase composition of the coatings,but had a significant effect on their porosities.The influ-ence of various factors in the spraying process parameters on the porosity of the coating was arranged in descending order:kerosene flow rate>spraying distance>powder feeding rate>oxygen flow rate.Moreover,the spraying process parameters that could obtain the lowest porosity WC-12Co coating were the kerosene flow of 26.5 L/h,the oxygen flow of 55.2 m^(3)/h,the powder feeding rate of 60 g/min,and the spraying distance of 326 mm.The high-density low carbon WC-12Co coating with high compact microstructure prepared under these parameters could effectively isolate the molten zinc,which was suitable for the surface protection of galvanized sink rolls.
