摘  要:为了明确在铝合金表面涂装水性环氧清漆之前进行磷化、阳极氧化和硅烷化预处理对整个涂层体系的防腐作用的影响,在2024铝合金表面分别进行锌系磷化、电化学阳极氧化和环氧基硅烷化3种预处理,然后分别在经过上述预处理的铝合金表面涂装水性环氧清漆,采用扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪、附着力测试仪、X射线光电子能谱仪、电化学工作站对3种体系分别进行微观形貌、物相成分、附着力、化学成分、电化学阻抗谱等测试表征,比较了3种表面预处理对水性环氧清漆涂层对铝合金基体的防腐作用的影响,探究了铝合金表面3种预处理与水性环氧清漆涂层协同防腐作用的配套性。结果表明:3种预处理都可以改善水性环氧清漆涂层对铝合金基体的防腐作用,与涂层协同防腐作用配套性的预处理表现优劣为环氧基硅烷化>电化学阳极氧化>锌系磷化,3种预处理与水性环氧清漆涂层的协同防腐作用配套性与磷化膜、阳极氧化膜和硅烷膜的微观结构、化学成分及其与铝合金基体的界面结合形式密切相关。In order to reveal the effects of phosphating,anodizing,and silanizing pretreatments on the anti-corrosion performance of the entire coating system prior to applying waterborne epoxy varnish to the aluminum alloy(AA)surface,three kinds of pretreatments of zinc phospha-ting,electrochemical anodizing,and epoxide silanizing were carried out on the surface of 2024 AA.Each pretreated surface was subsequently coated with waterborne epoxy varnish.Characterization methods such as scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),ad-hesion tester,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),and electrochemical workstation were used to characterize the microstructure,phase composition,adhesion,chemical composition and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy of three systems.The effects of three surface pre-treatments on the anti-corrosion effect of waterborne epoxy varnish coatings on aluminum alloy substrates were compared.The compatibility of the synergistic anticorrosive effect of three pretreatment and waterborne epoxy varnish coatings on aluminum alloy surfaces was explored.Results indicated that all three pretreatments could improve the anti-corrosion effect of waterborne epoxy varnish coatings on aluminum alloy substrates.The performance order of compatibility of the synergistic anti-corrosion effect between pretreatment and coating was epoxy based silylation>elec-trochemical anodic oxidation>zinc based phosphating.The compatibility of synergistic anti-corrosion effects of three pretreatments combined with a waterborne epoxy varnish coating were closely related to the microstructures,chemical compositions of the phosphate film,anodic oxide film and silane film,as well as their interfacial bonding forms with the aluminum alloy substrate.
