摘 要:电火花沉积技术是一种基于导电材料对金属表面进行强化与修复的制造工艺,已广泛应用于工模具制造、航空汽车等领域。为了延长金属制品的使用寿命,提高金属表面的耐磨防腐性能,研究者利用电火花沉积技术对其表面做了改善。简要介绍了电火花沉积技术;重点对该技术在黑色金属(钢铁材料)和有色金属(镁、铝、钛、铜及其合金)耐磨防腐领域中的应用进行了综述。最后指出了电火花沉积在金属表面制备改性涂层中存在的不足之处,并对其未来发展方向做了展望。Electro spark deposition technology is a manufacturing process based on conductive materials in the surface reinforcement and repair of metals,which has been widely used in industrial mold manufacturing,aviation automobile and other fields.In order to prolong the service life of metal products and improve the wear and corrosion resistance of metal surfaces,the researchers have improved the surface by using electro spark deposition technology.In this work,the electro spark deposition technology was briefly introduced.The application of this technology in the wear and corrosion resistance field for ferrous metals(including steel materials)and nonferrous metals(including magnesi-um,aluminum,titanium,copper and their alloys)was emphatically summarized.Finally,the shortcomings in the preparation of modified coat-ings on metal surfaces by electric spark deposition were pointed out,and its future development direction was prospected.
