摘  要:目的探究抗病毒治疗对艾滋病(AIDS)患者人体免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)载量和细胞免疫指标的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月抚州市疾病预防控制中心收治的100例AIDS患者作为研究对象,全部患者均接受替诺福韦、拉米夫定、依非韦伦治疗,比较患者治疗不同时间点HIV病毒载量和免疫细胞计数。结果不同时间点CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞计数比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后6、12 h,CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞计数均多于治疗前,且治疗后呈增加趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同时间点HIV病毒载量比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后6、12 h,HIV病毒载量均少于治疗前,且治疗后呈减少趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论AIDS患者接受抗毒治疗后,免疫功能明显增强,有利于疾病控制与改善。Objective To explore the effects of antiviral therapy on human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)load and cellular immune indexes in acquired immune deficiency syndrome(AIDS)patients.Methods 100 AIDS patients admitted to Fuzhou Center for Disease Control and Prevention from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as study subjects,all patients were treated with tenofovir,lamivudine and efavirenz.HIV viral load and immune cell count were compared at different time points.Results There was significant difference in CD4^(+)T lymphocyte count at different time points(P<0.05).At 6 and 12 h after treatment,CD4^(+)T lymphocyte count were higher than before treatment,and showed an increasing trend after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference of HIV viral load at different time points was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 6 and 12 h after treatment,the HIV viral load were lower than before treatment,and showed a decreasing trend after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The immune function of AIDS patients is obviously enhanced after receiving anti-toxic therapy,which is conducive to disease control and improvement.
