改良眼眉部整形术治疗中老年女性上睑松弛的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探究改良眼眉部整形术用于中老年女性上睑松弛治疗的临床效果。方法选取2019年10月至2021年6月本院收治的62例睑松弛中老年患者作为研究对象,按照随机抽签法分为实验组与对照组,每组31例。对照组行常规整形术治疗,实验组行改良眼眉部整形术治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗满意度、术后恢复时间及并发症发生情况。结果两组治疗总有效率比较差异无统计学意义。实验组治疗总满意度为93.55%,高于对照组的74.19%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术后恢复时间、手术并发症发生率比较差异均无统计学意义。结论采用改良眼眉部整形术治疗上睑松弛中老年患者疗效确切,可较好地改善上睑皮肤、皱纹、鱼尾纹,患者满意度较高,缩短患者恢复时间,降低并发症发生率,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of improved eyebrow plastic surgery on upper eyelid relaxation in middle-aged and elderly women.Methods A total of 62 middle-aged and elderly patients with blepharon looseness admitted to our hospital from October 2019 to June 2021 were selected as research subjects,and they were divided into experimental group and control group according to random drawing method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group received conventional plastic surgery treatment,the experimental group received improved eyebrow plastic surgery treatment,and the clinical efficacy,treatment satisfaction and postoperative recovery time and complications were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups.The total satisfaction in the experimental group was 93.55%,which was higher than 74.19%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in postoperative recovery time and incidence of complications between the two groups.Conclusion The modified eyebrow plastic surgery is effective in the treatment of upper eyelid relaxation in middle-aged and elderly patients,can improve the upper eyelid skin,wrinkles,crow's feet,patient satisfaction is high,and can shorten the recovery time of patients,reduce the incidence of complications,high safety,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
