宫腔镜检查对绝经期女性阴道异常出血的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探究绝经期女性阴道异常出血行宫腔镜检查的价值。方法选取2019年6月至2020年6月本院收治的86例绝经期阴道异常出血患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各43例,对照组行诊刮术检查,研究组行宫腔镜检查,根据病理学结果明确宫腔镜、诊刮术检查价值。结果研究组准确率为95.35%,高于对照组的81.40%,诊断满意率为95.35%,高于对照组的81.40%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论绝经期女性阴道异常出血检查方式多样,宫腔镜的诊断优势明显。Objective To investigate the value of hysteroscopy for abnormal vaginal bleeding in menopausal women.Methods A total of 86 menopausal women with abnormal vaginal bleeding admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the study group according to random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group underwent curettage examination and the study group underwent hysteroscopy examination.The value of hysteroscopy and curettage examination was determined according to pathological results.Results The accuracy rate of the study group was 95.35%,which was higher than 81.04%in the control group,and the diagnostic satisfaction rate was 95.35%,which was higher than 81.40%in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion There are many ways to detect abnormal vaginal bleeding in menopausal women,and hysteroscopy has obvious advantages in diagnosis.
