摘　　要：目的探究呼吸道感染患者病原性细菌的临床检验,并分析在检验过程中开展质量控制的意义。方法选取2020年1月至2021年1月本院收治的80例呼吸道感染患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组按常规操作取痰后置于无菌器皿中待检,观察组在常规操作取痰的基础上进行质量控制。比较两组在不同培养基下的病原性细菌阳性率。结果观察组在巧克力琼脂培养基、血平板琼脂培养基、麦康凯琼脂培养基、沙氏琼脂培养基下的病原菌阳性率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论呼吸道感染患者进行病原性细菌检验时,结合质量控制可有效提高致病菌的检出阳性率,确保检验结果。Objective To explore the clinical testing of pathogenic bacteria in patients with respiratory tract infections,and analyze the significance of quality control in the examination process.Methods 80 patients with respiratory tract infection admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as research subjects,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was placed in a sterile vessel for inspection after sputum extraction according to routine operation,while the observation group was carried out quality control based on routine sputum extraction.The positive rates of pathogenic bacteria in different medium were compared between the two groups.Results The positive rate of pathogenic bacteria under the chocolate AGAR medium,blood plate AGAR medium,MacConkey AGAR medium and Salter AGAR medium in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of quality control can effectively improve the positive rate of pathogenic bacteria in respiratory tract infection patients and ensure the test result.
