摘　　要：射干Belamcanda chinensis(L.)DC.为鸢尾科射干属植物,在国内外都广泛分布。作为一种药用植物,在根茎中分离出大量的有效成分,其主要成分有异黄酮、黄酮醇、黄酮等黄酮类化合物,此外还含有萜类、酮类、甾体及挥发油等成分。现代药理研究表明射干在抗菌抗癌、抗氧化、抗肿瘤等方面具有一定的作用。通过调控多种信号通路治疗破骨细胞分化、慢性咽炎、支气管炎及哮喘等疾病,提升机体抗氧化能力,增强机体免疫功能。综述射干的主要化学成分在单体化合物、粗提取物和中药制剂等方面的生物活性,并阐述了在不同信号通路诱导的疾病中射干所起到的作用,为射干深入的研究开发及利用提供科学的依据,以期对射干药材的现代临床应用及深入药效学机制研究提供参考。Shegan[Belamcanda chinensis(L.)DC.]is a plant of the family Iridaceae.It is widely distributed at home and abroad.As a medicinal plant,a large number of active ingredients are isolated from the rhizomes.Its main components are isofla-vones,flavones,flavonols and other flavonoids,in addition to terpenes,ketones,steroids and volatile oils and other components.Modern pharmacological studies have shown that Shegan[Belamcanda chinensis(L.)DC.]has certain effects in antibacterial,anticancer,antioxidative and antitumor aspects.By regulating various signaling pathways,it can treat osteoclast differentiation,chronic pharyngitis,bronchitis,asthma and other diseases,improve the body's antioxidant capacity and enhance the body's immune performance.This article reviewed the main chemical constituents of Shegan[Belamcanda chinensis(L.)DC.],its biological ac-tivities in monomeric compounds,crude extracts and traditional Chinese medicine preparations,and expounds that Shegan[Belam-canda chinensis(L.)DC.]has ameliorating and relieving effects on diseases induced by different signaling pathways.The scien-tific basis is provided for the modern clinical application of Shegan[Belamcanda chinensis(L.)DC.]medicinal materials and the in-depth study of pharmacodynamic mechanism.
