摘 要:目的 探讨多酶清洗剂对手术器材清洗合格率的改善效果。方法 随机选取120件同种污染的手术器材为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规清洗剂清洗护理,观察组采用多酶清洗剂清洗护理,比较两组手术器材清洗合格率及清洗满意度。结果 采用裸眼目测法评价清洗效果,观察组手术器材清洗合格率为100%(60/60),对照组手术器材清洗合格率为91.67%(55/60),两组清洗合格率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),采用10倍光学放大镜法评价清洗效果,观察组手术器材清洗合格率为95.00%(57/60),对照组手术器材清洗合格率为83.33%(50/60),两组清洗合格率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);采用ATP生物荧光法评价清洗效果,观察组手术器材清洗合格率为90.00%(54/60),对照组手术器材清洗合格率为80.00%(48/60),两组清洗合格率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组手术器材清洗满意度为95.00%(57/60),对照组手术器材清洗满意度为81.67%(49/60),两组清洗满意度比较,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 多酶清洗剂能够改善手术器材清洗合格率,提高清洗满意度。Objective To explore the improvement effect of multi-enzyme detergent on the cleaning qualification rate of surgical equipment.Methods A total of 120 surgical instruments with the same kind of contamination were randomly selected as the study object and randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was cleaned and nursed with conventional detergent,while the observation group was cleaned and nursed with multi-enzyme detergent.The cleaning qualification rate and cleaning satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The naked eye test for cleaning effect evaluation showed that the cleaning qualification rate of surgical equipment in the observation group was 100%(60/60),the cleaning qualification rate of surgical equipment in the control group was 91.67%(55/60),the difference between the two groups was statistically obvious(P<0.05),the 10 times optical magnifying glass method for cleaning effect evaluation showed that the cleaning qualification rate of surgical equipment in the observation group was 95.00%(57/60),the cleaning qualification rate of surgical equipment in the control group was 83.33%(50/60),the difference between the two groups was statistically obvious(P<0.05);the ATP biofluorescence method for cleaning effect evaluation showed that the cleaning qualification rate of surgical equipment in the observation group was 90.00%(54/60),the cleaning qualification rate of surgical equipment in the control group was 80.00%(48/60),there was no statistically obvious difference between the two groups in cleaning qualification rate(P>0.05).The satisfaction rate of surgical equipment cleaning in the observation group was 95.00%(57/60),the satisfaction rate of surgical equipment cleaning in the control group was 81.67%(49/60),there was a obvious difference in cleaning satisfaction between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions Multi-enzyme detergent can improve the cleaning qualification rate of surgical equipment and improve the satisfaction of cleaning,which is worthy of populariza
